This is an owner's appeal against the judgment and award dated 7.4.2015 passed by MACT/I Additional District Judge, Etawah in M.A.C. No. 563 of 2012 (Anil Kumar vs. Amit Singh Chauhan and another) by which the liability to pay the awarded amount has been given to the Insurance Company with liberty to recover the same from the owner of the vehicle.
On being confronted as to whether the awarded amount has been deposited or not, learned counsel for the appellant states that till date neither the awarded amount has been deposited nor the recovery certificate has been issued.
