Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be permitted to amend the relief clause in the writ petition and challenge the order of the District Magistrate dated 9.6.2015 by which the services of the petitioner have been terminated.
Accordingly and on his request, this matter shall stand passed over today to be included in the list of fresh cases of the appropriate Court on 16.07.2015.
The Amendment Application may be filed in the meantime.
