Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in the matter of land earmarked for Gaddha being used for the purposes of construction of water tank needs to be examined by respondent no.3, at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation ventilating his grievances before respondent no.3 within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. If the petitioner files his representation, respondent no.3 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within two weeks thereafter.
All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
