Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The relief sought in the present writ petition is for early disposal of the Appeal No. 786 of 2006 (U.P. Awas Viaks Vs. Ambey Prasad) pending before the State Commission for Dispute Redressal of Consumers Protection at Lucknow.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the present petition by requesting the respondent no.2 (State Commission for Dispute Redressal of Consumers Protection of U.P. at Lucknow) to consider and decide the Appeal No. 786 of 2006 at the earliest possible preferably within a period of three months, by means of a reasoned order, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is clarified that we have not entered into the maintainability or merits of the appeal in any manner.
