Heard Sri Rakesh Pande, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Petitioner before this Court seeks quashing of the order dated 2.7.2015 passed by respondent no.1 and a direction upon the respondents to prepare a combined select list in accordance with Rule 19 of the U.P.Cane Gazetted Services Rules, 1979. Issues of fact in the matter of inter-se seniority of cane employees have been raised. Petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy to approach before the U.P. Public Services Tribunal at the first instance.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to seek his remedy accordingly.
