Supplementary Affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Sri Dharampal Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing in support of this petition has contended that the order impugned refers to a Government Order dated 15th June, 2015 which is stated to embody a transfer policy formulated by the State Government. According to Sri Singh, the said transfer policy has no application to Class III and Class IV employees and therefore in light of the non-applicability thereof the impugned order cannot be sustained.
Learned Standing Counsel, on the other hand, has submitted that the Class III and Class IV employees of State hold transferable post and therefore the order does not warrant interference by this Court. He further seeks sometime to complete his instructions on this aspect of the matter.
Accordingly and on his request, this matter shall stand passed over today to be included in the list of fresh cases of appropriate Court on 17.7.2015.
