Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his land is being utilised for the purposes of the cementary (shamshan Ghat) without acquisition and without his consent.
In our opinion, the grievance of the petitioners can be more appropriately examined by respondent no.2 at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation ventilating their grievances before respondent no.2 within two weeks only with a certified copy of this order. If the petitioner files his representation, respondent no.2 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eights weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
