Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
On the record of the present writ petition, it is apparent that whatever money, was deposited by the petitioner was in respect of plot no. 1151W-1 Juhi, Kanpur Nagar. We further find that this plot is not subject matter of the advertisement impugned.
The case set up by the petitioner that the originally was allotted plot no. 1151W-1 was subsequently changed to plot no. 768 Block-C, Panki, Kanpur Nagar, is not supportive in the deposit receipts. No other receipt of deposit of money in respect of plot no. 768-C has been produced before this Court.
We see no ground to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is dismissed.
