Petitioner before this Court seeks quashing of the recovery proceedings initiated against the petitioner in pursuance to notice dated 7.4.2015 passed by Senior Section Engineer (Works) North Eastern Railway, Izzatnagar, Bareilly. He has a statutory alternative remedy under Section 9 Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to seek his remedy accordingly.
