Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the arrears and other dues of the father of the petitioner who was working in the department of the respondents has not been cleared and paid till date. He has submitted that the earlier dispute with respect to succession has also seen closure pursuant to the compromise decree having been passed. He has further invited the attention of the Court to the application made on 18.6.2014 requiring the respondents to pass appropriate orders and release the amount due.
Learned Standing Counsel has sought time for instructions in the matter. Accordingly and on his request, this matter shall stand passed over to be included in the list of fresh cases of the appropriate Court on 24.7.2015.
Learned Standing Counsel shall complete his instructions in the meantime.
