Sri K.R.Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that in this case compliance of the writ Court order has already been made. Since the opposite party (District Magistrate Ghazipur) has gone for training at Mussoorie some other date may be fixed. The instruction received by the learned standing counsel is made part of the record.
As prayed list on 3rd August, 2015. On that date the opposite party shall remain present before the Court. In case by that time affidavit of compliance is filed he need not to appear before the Court.
