Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
By the present contempt application a prayer has been made to punish the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order 3.7.2013 passed by this Court In Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 29625 of 2013 by which this Court has directed the opposite parties to pass appropriate orders in respect to OTS proposal, in the light of the prevailing policy in that respect. .
It is stated in spite of service upon the opposite party no order has yet been passed.
Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 3.7.2013 is made out.
Issue notice to the opposite parties to show cause as to why charges be not framed for punishing the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 3.7.2013 passed by this Court In Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 29625 of 2013 under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act.
