1. The only questions are whether family court at Rampurhad jurisdiction to entertain the application and whether it was a matter under the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 or not. Both parties are represented through their counsel and request that the appeal be decided finally at this stage dispensing with the summoning of record and filing of paper book.

3. Let the appeal be put up tomorrow i.e. 8.7.2015 for final hearing on the aforesaid points of determination.
