2. On behalf of the respondent-husband, an affidavit has already been filed, where he is willing to pay a sum of Rs. 11,00,000/- (rupees eleven lacs) through Bank Draft to the appellant.
3. It is requested that this matter be taken up after 15 days.

5. List / put up this matter on 23.7.2015, on which date parties shall appear before this Court and the respondent-husband shall also bring a Bank Draft of Rs. 11,00,000/- as stated in para-3 (A) of the affidavit filed to the appeal.
