1. The petitioner was a candidate for appointment as an Assistant Teacher. She had participated in 5th counselling and her name was included in the select list at serial No. 58 in the Science subject. It is stated that when the petitioner went for joining in the allotted institution, she has not been issued appointment letter without disclosing plausible reason.
2. From the record it appears that petitioner has made a representation on 10.10.2015. Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that grievance of petitioner be considered by Principal, District Institute of Education Training (DIET) - 5th respondent expeditiously by a speaking order after furnishing opportunity to the petitioner within two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order.
3. Writ petition is disposed of.
