Vide order dated 8.12.2015, Sri Dipanshu Das, Counsel for the opposite party was directed to seek instructions with regard to grant of selection grade of the pay scale to the petitioner.
On the basis of instructions, Sri Dipnashu Das submits that as per Government Order dated 20.12.2001, a person having unblemished service of ten years is only entitle for grant of selection grade. As the petitioner has been awarded punishment and has not unblemished record, as such she has not been granted selection grade.
Sri Dipashu Das is directed to bring on record the aforesaid facts alongwith relevant documents within two weeks.
