Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the order impugned of Tehsildar, it is mentioned that in the village, where the petitioner resides, there is no caste by the name of Dhangar and the petitioner is Gaderia by caste, which is included in the list of backward classes.
It has further been recorded that there is no caste certificate of Dhangar Jaati in favour of the father of the petitioner also.
Counsel for the petitioner disputes the correctness of the findings so recorded on the facts.
In our opinion, writ is not the proper remedy for the purpose.
The petitioner may approach the District Level Screening Committee constituted under the Government Order at the first instance.
