This writ petition was filed in the year, 2008 for a direction upon the Civil Judge, Kanpur Nagar to decide the applications of the petitioner dated 8.5.2006 and dated 21.7.2006.
In our opinion, the application must have been decided by now inasmuch as seven years have lapsed from the date the writ petition was presented. The cause for maintaining the writ petition has exhausted itself by passage of time.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
