Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Under the order impugned dated 18.10.2008, the office of Assistant Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Amroha, J.P. Nagar has informed the Headmaster of the primary institution at Chamrau to stop constructions work of the primary school at Chakrasi because the plan for primary school Chakrasi has been cancelled.
The writ petition is pending since 2008. No interim order has been granted.
In view of the aforesaid, we see no reason to retain the present petition any further. If the petitioner has any surviving interest, she may approach respondent no.2, Director, Basic Education Department.
The writ petition is disposed of.
