Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner before this Court seeks transfer of the land at the same rate on which it was purchased from the petitioner in terms of the order dated 11.6.1996.
It is his case that the land was purchased for establishing a sugar mill which in fact, has not been established and, therefore, land must be returned at the same price.
