Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that prayer no.1, 2 and 3 of the present writ petition have become infructuous by passage of time. So far as prayer no. 4 is concerned, it is stated that revision of the transport rebate has taken place but such revision is not to the satisfaction of the petitioner, therefore, they may be permitted to challenge the revision, which is in force as on date by filing an appropriate petition.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
