Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioeners by means of present petition filed in the year 2008 seek allotment of residential plots. They pray that reservation being provided in favour of handicapped persons as per the Government Orders dated 27.4.2001 and dated 30.1.2008.
No interim order was granted in the present petition. The allotments must have been made by now.
However, we provide that if the petitioners have any grievance and if any plots are still available, they may approach the respondent no.2, the Commissioner (Avas), U.P. Avas Evam Vikas Parishad.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation for ventilating their grievances before respondent no.2 within two weeks along with a certified copy of this order. If such representation is filed, respondent no.2 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eights weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
