Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to the opposite parties no. 3 and 4 directing to them that they will produce the alleged detenue Smt. Sanvii before this Court on 21.1.2016.
List on 21.1.2016.
It is directed that the husband of the corpus Sri Naseem Khan shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of petitioner, Smt. Sanvi within 10 days from today with the office of Senior Registrar of this Court.
In case, the amount is not deposited, the notice shall not be issued and the same shall be issued only when the said amount is deposited in compliance of this order within 10 days.
