It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the revisionists that the revisionist no.1 Shri Krishna Chandra had died. However, his legal representatives are already on record as revisionists no. 3 and 4. However, learned counsel for the revisionists wants to move an application for substitution which he shall file in registry.
Shri Rajiev Kumar Tripathi has also appeared on behalf of the opposite party and wants to file Vakalatnama. He is directed to file Vakalatnama in the registry of this Court.
