Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and perused the impugned judgment. Although the opposite party has filed caveat and has also received notice of this revision but no one has appeared today, although list of fresh cases has been revised. The present S.C.C. revision has been filed against the judgement and decree dated 7.11.2015, passed by SCC Judge/Additional District Judge, Room No. 9, Lucknow in S.C.C. Suit No. 18 of 1999, whereby the suit has partly decreed and tenant / revisionist has been asked to vacate the place of landlord and also pay arrears of rent. The revision is admitted.

The operation and implementation of the judgement and decree dated 7.11.2015 shall remain stayed provided the revisionist deposits entire arrears of rent along with damages in the court within a period of two weeks from today, failing which opposite party/landlord shall be free to execute the decree in accordance with law.
