Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
It has been informed that although the second appeal has been admitted but the substantial question of law has not been formulated. Since it is mandatory to formulate substantial questions of law before hearing the appeal, therefore, the same are being formulated.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the impugned judgment, I find that the appeal shall be heard on substantial questions of law no. 1, 2 and 3 as framed in the memo of appeal.
The record of the lower court has also been received.
