The bail cancellation application has been made alleging therein that the bail granted in the present appeal has been misused inasmuch as the accused has committed offence under Section 307, 302, 364 I.P.C. proceedings have been initiated against the accused under Section 3 of U.P. Goonda Act. Details of the cases have been mentioned in paragraph-12 of the Affidavit filed in support of bail cancellation application.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to make reply to the allegations made against the accused.
The matter shall be listed next on 17.12.2015 peremptorily at the top of the cause list.
