Petitioner claims to have been provided land on lease by the Gram Sabha. It is contended that private respondents have grabbed part of land of the petitioner forcefully. Petitioners have come with the prayer that the representations made by the petitioner before the Tehsildar for restoration of possession, be directed to be considered.
In our opinion, no representation in the matter of restoration of possession can be directed to be considered. Petitioner may seek his remedy before the appropriate forum under the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
