Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the facts of the case, we do not find that sufficient ground has been made out for cancellation of the bail, which had been granted by this Court on 4.5.2015.
We however, provide that if the appellants apprehend any threat at the hands of the accused they may inform the Superintendent of Police concerned who shall do the needful.
