Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This application has been filed by the petitioner to reduce the amount and the petitioner may be permitted to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- in place of Rs. 25,000/-.
Vide order dated 15.10.2015 the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of detenue, Smt. Maya Devi within 15 days.
Looking to the fact and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to reduce the amount.
The application has no merit and is accordingly rejected.
