It appears that the instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the impugned F.I.R. which apart from the other offences is also under section 366 I.P.C., which is punishable imprisonment of ten years has been wrongly filed before this Court, hence this matter be placed before appropriate Bench.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed us that Hon'ble Vikram Nath and Hon'ble Amar Singh Chauhan, JJ, have given their consent to this matter be put up before Their Lordships today after lunch.
In view of above, let this matter be placed as fresh before appropriate Bench today after lunch.
