(Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.407527 of 2015) In the application, it has been stated that the part of the order dictated by the Court on 23.11.2015 i.e. that the appellant may not be arrested till submission of the police report, has not been transcribed in the order dated 23.11.2015.
We have examined the FIR and the order dated 23.11.2015 passed by us, we are satisfied that the contention raised on behalf of the petitioner is correct.
We, therefore, while maintaining the order dated 23.11.2015, provide that the petitioner-Sabir Ali may not be arrested till the submission of police report in Case Crime No. 589 of 2015 under Section 3/5/8 Prevention of U.P.Cow Slaugher Act and 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Dharma Singhwa, District Sant Kabir Nagar.
Correction application stands disposed of.
