This is a bail application made on behalf of the informant with the allegations that the bail granted to the appellants have been misused and they have committed offence under Section 302 during the period they were on bail.
Nobody is present on behalf of the appellant. We grant liberty to the appellants to file reply to the bail cancellation application within ten days, failing which this Court would be compelled to pass such order as may be necessary.
The matter shall be listed next peremptorily on 16.12.2015.
