This petition is factually for enforcing the order made by the State Information Commissioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
In our opinion, the Act of 2005 itself provides for the method for execution of the order of the authorities.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
