Learned Counsel for the respondents states that the writ petition filed by the Institution is not maintainable in view of the Office Memorandum dated 20.9.2014 as it is the student of the institution whose detail is verified for the grant of scholarsship. He further pointed out that the Scheme is available to SC & ST students.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted a week's time to file supplementary affidavit as to how the writ petition at the instance of the Institution is not maintainable.
