Heard Sri G. S. Chauhan learned counsel for the applicants and Sri R.K. Maurya, learned AGA for the State and Sri Anurag Khanna, learned counsel for the opposite party. .
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 24.08.2015 is corrected as follows :-
" In the second paragraph of second line of the order dated 24.08.2015 the word " charge sheet No. 305 of 2014" shall be deleted and in it's place "entire criminal proceedings of Case No. 1704 of 2015" shall be read.
