The case pertains to the year 2013 and the learned counselfor the applicants is unable to inform the Court about status of the trial. He prays that the present application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh.
Accordingly, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
