The relief claimed in the petition is to the following effect :-
1.Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of commanding the respondent Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.16 District Fatehpur to not pass any adverse order against the petitioner till the disposal of the restoration application for Gata No. 480 Kha, area 0.623 Hect. situated at Mauja Chak Korra Sadat Pargana Haswa, District Fatehpur, in illegal way.
In the opinion of the court, no relief can be granted to a party, preventing a court of law, from passing adverse order against a party. It would amount to pre-empting the court from proceeding in accordance with law. Concededly, it is not a writ of prohibition.
The petition is thoroughly misconceived and is dismissed.
