Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No. 251289 of 2015 Herd Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for seeking enlargement of time to comply the order dated 22.5.2015 granted earlier by this Court on the ground that as the applicant was confined to bed on account of ailment as is reflected from the medical prescription dated 25.5.2015 of the doctor concerned.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I am of the view that the cause shown is sufficient.
The application is allowed.
Three weeks and no more is granted from today to enable the applicant to comply the order dated 22.5.2015. This order shall form part and parcel of the order dated 22.5.2015. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
However, in the event of default this order shall automatically stand vacated without further references to the Court.
