Sri Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the orders impugned in the present writ petition, an appeal would lie under Section 18 of the Gangster Act.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
The office is directed to return certified copy of the orders after retaining a xerox copy thereof.
