1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing First Information Report dated 24-12-2014 bearing Case Crime No. 419 of 2014, under sections 147,406,506 Indian Penal Code, Police Station-Maal, District-Lucknow.
2. Counter Affidavit has been filed in court which is taken on record.
3. In para 13, particulars of the witnesses recorded in the course of investigation have been detailed. Investigating Agency has concluded that offence has been committed and Chargesheet has been prepared.
4. Considering the fact that incriminating material has been collected against the petitioners, no ground for quashing the First Information Report is made out.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
