Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The then Chairman of the Institutional Board has filed his personal affidavit in response to the allegations made in the writ petition, but no affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.8 i.e. the co-operative Institutional Board, which made the selection.
We direct the Standing Counsel to produce the original records pertaining to the selections before this Court after summoning the same from the office of the Institutional Board. The present Chairman be informed that he may file response on behalf of respondent no.8 to the contents of the writ petition by the next date.
Minute book of the Ware Housing Corporation including the agenda book relevant for the purposes of the present writ petition shall also be produced on the next date.
We find that Sri R.C. Singh , Advocate had made an impleadment application on behalf of the persons, who had been selected and whose appointment is subject, to the order to be passed in the present writ petition.
Sri R.C. Singh is not present before the Court today. We, therefore, direct the counsel for the Ware Housing Corporation to publish an information to all the selected candidates that this writ petition shall come up for disposal on merits and if required, they may file their response by 26.8.2015.
Copy of notice shall be brought on record by means of an affidavit.
The matter shall be listed again on 26.8.2015 at the top of the list.
