Re: Correction Application No.272033 of 2015 This is an application for correction of the order dated 23.7.2015.
It is submitted that the Court on that date, fixed 30.7.2015 as the next date but, due to mistake, it has been transcribed as 30.8.2015.
However, since 30.7.2015 has already passed and therefore, instead of carrying out correction in the order dated 23.7.2015, it is hereby provided that the matter shall be placed as a fresh case on 17.8.2015.
