Even otherwise, we find that dispute pertaining to payment of rent on the basis of contract between the petitioner and the respondent-bank, need not be examined under Article 226 of the Constitution of India at the first instance.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the competent forum.
