The present crl. revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 9.4.2015 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, District Mau in Case No. 391 of 2014(Smt. Chan Jyoti Vs. Babu Lal) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., police station Doharoghat, District Mau.
I have perused the impugned order dated 9.4.2015 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, District Mau and find that the same does not suffer from any illegality or impropriety. Hence the revision lacks merit. It is liable to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed.
