2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 5.6.1995 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Agra in Case No. 101 of 1991, Smt. Guddi Vs. Nathu Ram under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station New Agra, District Agra, by which opposite party no.1 has been awarded maintenance of Rs. 300/- per month by the revisionist from the date of filing of application.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
