This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 12.1.1995 passed by the Chief Judge, Family Court, Kanpur in Case No. 363 of 1994, Smt. Amita Dwivedi Vs. Indu Kumar Dwivedi, under Section 125 Cr.P.C, Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur awarding maintenance of Rs. 400/- per month to opposite party no.2 by the revisionist from the date of filing of application.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
