2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 29.10.1994 passed by the 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar in Case No. 646/9 of 1994, State Vs. Naresh by which summoning order has been passed against the revisionists.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
