This appeal arises out of the judgment of Sessions Judge, Ghazipur dated 22.2.1994, convicting the accused-respondents in Sessions Trial No. 95 of 1992 (State of U.P. Vs. Virendra Chandra Sarkar) arising out of case crime no.38 of 1991, under Sections 306, 498-A, I.P.C., Police Station-Qasba, Calcutta-78, at present Union Bank of India, Inscheck Place, Overseas Branch, Calcutta, District Ghazipur.
We have heard learned A.G.A. for the appellant and perused the trial court's judgment and record.
Upon perusal of judgment and evidence, we are of the view that the findings of conviction require reconsideration.
Accordingly, the Government Appeal is admitted.
Summon the lower court record.
Issue bailable warrants to the respondent no.1 returnable within four weeks.
