This petition has been filed to evict the respondent nos. 4 and 5 from the property of the petitioner.
This is a purely private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent nos. 4 and 5. A writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution would not be maintainable.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. This order, however, shall not prevent the petitioner from instituting a suit in a competent Court for redressal of his grievance.
